Drupal 8 - Need a block condition plugin built for logged in user (in layout builder).

I am leveraging layout builder to display blocks on pages for my site... and I need visibility conditions based on the current users ID. Actually visibility conditions have been added to layout builder with this patch ([login to view URL]), but no ability based on the current user. See #64 on the above page for my functionality request example. For this project, I'd like a separate module built leveraging conditions that allows a "current user" uid to be compared against a user profile pages url or route. I'm open to suggestions though.
