Since I have no idea what your program does or how old the code is, I couldn't begin to estimate how long it'll take to fix. This I'll give you for free: If the program used to work but now has stopped, what changed? (pretty obvious, right?) Run-time environment? You suggest oauth code: Did you get any notice from your service that there was going to be a change? Something else to consider is that, if your source is old and it's recompiled with a newer version of Visual Studio, it won't be backwards compatible with your 'old' version. You'll have to upgrade.
