Design Database Prefer Access 2003 if capable

I require a database preference is MS Access 2003 - This database needs to be able to monitor the following: Customer Orders - Current jobs - each employee hours on job/s - Freight (company used, Delivery Location, Dimentions, Quoted Cost, Actual Cost) - Pickups (Who, When) - Parts Used for jobs. I need to have two jobsheet forms - one for new jobs and one for parts and repairs. Database must have at least the following tables and fields- Customer Table - : for both businesses and individuals - Company Name, 2 X Contact Names, 2 X Phone, 2 X Fax, 2 X Mobile, 2 X Email, Billing Address, Delivery Address, Notes. Employee Table -: First Name, Last Name, TAREDOWN HOURS, REFERBISH HOURS, REPAIR HOURS, INSTALL HOURS, WELDING HOURS, LABOUR HOURS TOTAL, Address, Phone, Mobile.
