Web Researcher + Data Entry For US Based Marketing Company

Our company is looking for an individual to join our team for a long term data research project. Throughout the length of this contract, we will provide you with different spreadsheets that have entries that will need to be researched. For example: Spreadsheet 1: US Community Based Health Organizations We will provide you with the name of the organization You will need to Google the name of the organization and enter the organizations website, mailing address, and phone number into the spreadsheet You will attempt to find several contacts (names, emails, and phone numbers) by visiting the organizations “about us” page and entering the information into the spreadsheet If the organization has any social media accounts likes Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter, you will add these pages to the spreadsheet too We have several different lists that need to be researched and are looking to hire one team member that can assist with this project. Attached is a spreadsheet with 5 example organizations. As a test, please do the following: Find their website and enter it Find the main address and phone number for the organization. There may be several, but we just need the main location. Find the executive directors name, email, and phone number and enter it. The email and phone number may not be listed and it’s ok if you can not find it. Additionally, find anyone involved in marketing, communications, prevention or HIV, and enter their email, and phone number. There could be several people and you can use multiple rows for each individual at the organization. The email and phone number may not be listed and it’s ok if you can not find it. Find their social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and enter the links. We are looking to start this project today.
