Virtual Assistant for Job Postings and Interview Calendar

Hello - I'm looking for a personal assistant to research and find job listings for ("remote", "work from home", "telecommute") RUBY ON RAILS jobs. These need to be work remote jobs ONLY. No on-site jobs, primarily based in the United States. You MUST be fluent in English. You will be doing the following tasks: 1) researching and finding job postings and adding those listings into a document for yourself 2) using that list to submit my cover letter and CV to those job positions. 3) monitor incoming emails and voicemails (on google voice and skype) for responses to those jobs 4) schedule interviews between prospective clients and my teams members. You will be using a calendar to track all interview times and make sure that each team member is prepared to take that specific interview over the phone. You will need to be proactive in making sure there is good communication all around and that interviews between the clients and my team members are being fulfilled.
