Call through our database and confirm the name and email of the person we should send information to about our service. We use Infusionsoft. We need a person or team to call each prospect, identify who would receive information about our trade shows. Also, confirm the info in the database and tag them for followup by our in-house team. The call will be about like this. Hi, this is XXX with California Trade Shows. We have a Cannabiz Show coming up in your area and we would like to know who in your organization we should send information to? Once they give you the name, collect the name and email and enter into the system. Then add a tag so our reps know to follow up. It's vital that once the information is validated, you add a tag to the file so we can follow up. There are two types of tags. We will explain how it all works. We have about 3000 leads total so this will be an ongoing project. We will give you login and password to access the database. All notes and information must be entered into the database. We will provide training. You will be calling US-based businesses. Most are in California. All calls must be made between 10 am and 4 pm California time. Clear diction and being fluent in English is a must! Many of the companies do not have a contact person listed so your primary job will be to find the correct person.
