I checked your file & realize the CSV file changed right? That's the reason why the word does not run correctly. I repair the word, but still need your confirmation if it is correct. Thanks

Hello I can see from the sample attached that the problem (as you say) lies with the csv field names not matching the mergefield names. Note there are also some other issues with Record positioning on the 4 up format during the merge that will need to be addresses (skip records due to duplicate/misplaces next record entries etc.) I alsoo have a Word 2003 available so can do it all in this native format. You will however need to be able to open/attach/change a data source on your copy to merge with your live data csv data as any doc file returned with have the link set to the test data. Providing the first records of your live csv (fieldnames) matches the test csv format attached to your project request you will have no problem, however any discrepancy and you will be back to square one. I am good at using Microsoft office Apps. Don't worry even that I have MS Office 2016, I can convert it down to MS Office 2003 as you posted as software requirement. I will all the work task you posted here.
