We need someone who has experience of recruitment, including candidate selection, testing and interviewing. This job is suitable for someone working from home. Please note that for now, this is a temporary role.
We will give you the specifications of the people we seek. There are a variety of roles in finance-related organisations, including real estate. The roles are primarily administrative assistants, telemarketers, internet marketers, financial analysts, content writers and software developers. Generally, we tend to hire for long-term positions, and this requirement should be stated in the ads. You will do the job postings on online portals e.g. freelancer.com.
We will give you recruitment rights to the different company accounts on each website, where available. In addition, you will be required to:
· search candidate profiles
· invite suitable candidates to apply
· receive and check applications
· narrow down candidate lists for interviews
· conduct first round interviews
· administer tests (as appropriate to the job)
· assess test results
Your most important responsibility as a recruiter is to assess the suitability of the candidate to the position; and the most crucial aspect of suitability is whether the candidate has long-term motivation and desire for the position.
To enforce this requirement, we have put in place a clawback provision: should an employee that you have recruited leave or become non-contactable within the first 30 days of employment, we will file a dispute for the reimbursement of your project fee via the Freelancer.com platform.
As per the requirement , I have the proven experience .
1- Have worked in Finance company and have handled the cross functional team.
2-Administered the applicants profile.
3- Have conducted the various rounds of interviews as per the required positions.
4-Access the PMS and various forms for the feedback analysis.
