Migrating Help Guides between two support systems

We are transferring help guides from one support desk system (Zendesk) to another (Zoho Support). The HTML code for each article needs to be copied from Zendesk and pasted in Zoho Support. The HTML code will NOT transfer images therefore we also need the images saved and re-uploaded into the new system. There are approximately 100 help guides to be transferred. Credentials for each system will be supplied as well as instructions on exactly how to transfer the guides. In a brief overview: You will log onto the old support system; copy the HTML code from the support article; paste it into the new system as well as download the images from the old support system and then upload it to the new system in the correct places.
