In my business, the user enters shipper details into a "Shipment Booking Sheet" in Excel. Details will include Shipper, Delivery, Receiver details, Gross Weight, Volumetric Weight, Number of pieces and Delivery Note unique reference. Each line in Excel contains information on 1 carton. For example, If there are 5 cartons under 1 unique Delivery Note, there will be 5 lines in Excel. All the field in the outputs will be derived from this booking sheet.
The output deliverables is as follow: (1) A button at the second-last column to print Carton Label. I am exploring if it is possible to put in a barcode (based on Delivery Number). The label will be half of the A4 sized paper. (2) A button at the last column to print Pallet Label. (For example, if there are 10 rows in the "Shipment Booking Sheet" with Pallet 1 - then only print 1 Pallet Label. (3) Generate a "Shipment Loading Sheet" (A4)with summation at the pieces, weight and volumetric weight and count the number of Delivery Number, Pallet Labels, etc.
