Need an extremely reliable, honest and engaged Virtual Assistant for a Software Startup. Opportunity to grow with the business. From part time at the beginning to later potentially full-time. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR APPLICATION YOU NEED TO FILL OUT THE TEMPLATE ATTACHED! Main tasks: Customer engagement calls & appointments; Issuance of the Software License Keys; if you have done some kind of marketing / sales activities, e.g. working with LinkedIn; setting up webpages etc, this would be a big plus. Ability to working with the software in Excel is another plus. Requirements: +++ Must have ++ Strong advantage + is a plus +++ Very good English in speaking and writing +++ German speaking +++ MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) +++ Good Basic Excel Skills; data entry in Excel +++ Absolutely Reliable +++ Positive Attitude to Work +++ Teamplayer +++ >90% customer satisfaction +++ Located in Asia, Europe or Africa (because of time zone) ++ Internet research ++ Marketing / Sales Support e.g. communication on Facebook / LinkedIn / Xing ++ Google Docs + Has done some (simple) data charts/analysis in the past + Webpage creation (GoDaddy Website Builder, Webpress) + Software Testing + Advanced Excel skills (e.g. VBA, Data Tables, Array Formulas)

I have 5 years of experience working in a customer service for Sykes Asia under their Capital One Bank account till I moved to Citi Bank and worked as a phone banker for their US Credit Card account for 3yrs. I was promoted as a Quality Analyst, and my role was to download and extract data from our clients' surveys everyday saving it in an excel file. I use those data for my daily report and in creating deep dive analysis on a weekly/monthly basis. I also listen and transcribe our agents' call that has been surveyed focusing most especially those with Failing remarks based on clients' verbatim. It is also my responsibility to facilitate a monthly call calibration to assure compliance to avoid failing any of the federal regulatory law or procedure.
