We currently have a Zoho account and have been using the system for some time. We have collected some new business names, contacts and e-mail address that we want to upload into our current Zoho account.
You will be given access to our Zoho business account.
1) Upload 6 new Data Bases from Excel into Zoho accounts system.
2) Merge any duplicate accounts
3) Merge any duplicate contacts
Set up the database for e-mail campaigns based on account type.
We need to be able to export contact lists for external use:
1) Account type – for specific e-mail campaigns - With those opted out not on the lists
2) The complete list – for generic e-mail campaigns - With those opted out not on the lists
3) A complete list of every account and contact - for external storage
Help set up our Zoho CRM for e-mail campaigns:
Set up a system where marketing PDF Docs can be attached and sent via e-mail to databases.
Set up the system to send 250 emails a day from Zoho.
Set up some weekly reports.
6 x Excel Databases to be supplied to winning Freelancer;
Excel Data Base Contacts = Approx. 1300 new accounts across six spreadsheets.
We have already set up accounts and other actions in Zoho, we just need help with the next stage of our Zoho account.
