Data Entry Job as a Trial for Long Term Virtual Assistant

I am looking for a well spoken and extremely diligent part time worker. The tasks required will mostly be around data entry, personal assistant tasks, general administrative works, travel research and planning, and odd online jobs.
Business Overview:
Our business is a women's contemporary fashion showroom. We represent some of the hottest fashion clothing brands to our customers (mainly midwest clothing stores and boutiques).
Responsibilities of this role:
- We have around 500 documents scanned that require data entry into SalesForce.com.
- We also need this large PDF to be sliced up and individually uploaded to evernote and filed properly.
- There may be some lightweight online research / diligence on a list of new customer leads. You would be expected to curate this lead list depending on criteria provided to weed out the inappropriate leads.
- Trip planning and online travel & hospitality scheduling
- Cross document validation (matching numbers & totals up cross documents)
I am looking for someone to work with long term, therefore this will be a trial run to become a full time virtual assistant and data entry admin.
