General Purpose Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face respond promptly to customer inquiries handle and resolve customer complaints obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries provide pricing and delivery information perform customer verifications set up new customer accounts process orders, forms, applications and requests organize workflow to meet customer timeframes direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource manage customers' accounts keep records of customer interactions and transactions record details of inquiries, comments and complaints record details of actions taken prepare and distribute customer activity reports maintain customer databases manage administration communicate and coordinate with internal departments follow up on customer interactions provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

I have overall 14 years of experience working in various disciplines starting from providing High Technical Support to the end clients, Understanding the issues and working towards the resolution, Ensuring client satisfaction and go extra mile to ensure quality delivery on time. Having an Advantage of sharing best strategies or practices in managing end to end business operations and critical escalations. More or less i just enjoy working when i able to provide resolution to my clients nothing else is so much a bigger satisfaction for me. Also i believe in timely replies to ensure the clients shoudn`t face issues for long time, In my experience clients do like people that are always more responsive even if sometimes they wont be able to resolve issues at one go. For the above reasons, i believe to handle the above project with a full dedication. I would be interested to know the job timings so i can confirm my availability to work on this project. I have been working in a BPO industry for almost 9 years now. In US accounts, Canada and Australian accounts. And we follow business hours on those countries. With regard to customer service and proper call handling I may say I’m knowledgeable enough about it. So I do know how to get a satisfactory quality of a call. I was working as well in a lead generation line of business, doing verification and qualifying a lead over the phone. And got an experience in processing orders and receiving payments over the phone. Now with the experience I have I’m computer literate; knows encoding with the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. I can handle pressure as I was before under a sales team. In handling pressure like for time, following QA rules, works under supervision, and pressure from calls handled. I’m too a hardworking person and can easily be trained.

HELLO :) I HAVE WORKED IN AN EMPLOYED VIRTUAL ROLE FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS, I apologise for resorting to cheap tricks like using capital letters to grab your attention, but I wouldn't want you to miss out on the opportunity to hire me! As I am new to freelancing my lack of feedback on this site gives a very false impression of my fantastic experience and skills. My written and spoken English are excellent and I recently took a proofreading and copy editing course with the College of Media and Publishing to improve my skills further. I have a very friendly and professional telephone manner, having worked in customer services for most of my working life. I have also worked as a customer service trainer for 2 years. I am experienced with Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT to name a few. I am also very quick to pick up new skills and get to grips with new software.
