Need an eBay Ad Template Designed with Our Logo

Need someone who has done work and understands the eBay ad templates. We need the ebay ad template code written from a mock-up and with your expertise. The code needs to be in CSS or Html so it can be uploaded into the ChannelAdvisor system. There are some drop-down menues needed for ring sizes, chain lengths, and metal types. Eight to Nine Tabs for selections. One set of three with Headlines of Product Details, Product Specifications, and Ring Sizing/Chain Lengths. The Tab with Product Details would be where a detailed description for jewelry items goes. Product Specifications would be for measurements, gemstone and/or diamond information, metal and material type, clasp, etc. And, third tab for Ring Sizing/Chain Lengths would be a stationary tab that has the same information at all times. The other tabs would be at the bottom of the page with information tabs on Payment, Shipping, Refunds/Exchanges, Authenticy, and Contact Us Tabs. The information on these pages will all be static.
