VTiger 5.2 + Newsletters

We are running Vtiger 5.2 on a CentOS 5.x system running ISP config 3.0. We require the following: * A newsletter to go out to selected contacts that is personalised and at scheduled intervals. * The ability to have multiple newsletters at different schedules. * An OPT-OUT link at the bottom of the newsletter, that contact can click on. * A demo before we start (can be screen shots of the step by step process of sending the newsletter), else some clear directions as to how you see the system working. * The winning bidder will be required to install this on our live system. (we will make backups before work starts). * A Step by step Install process as well as any file changes to the CRM should be fully documented with screen shots. * Training to be given to us (half an hour should be more than enough if the system is properly documented).
