I am a thirty-something mother with a crazy imagination and I have a beautiful son who is the inspiration for much of my writing. My passion for great stories has been a part of who I am for as long as I can remember. Like most authors, many of my childhood days were spent pouring over favorites such as The Secret Garden, Twelve Dancing Princesses and of course The Chronicles of Narnia. I can't attach sample here but here are few lines for your sample Ollie and the Bear Go To School “All right, class,” said Miss Riley, “you know what today is, don’t you?” Ollie slapped his forehead. Another Show-and-Tell day, he thought. Another day he forgot to bring anything to school to show to the class. “Now,” said Miss Riley, “did anyone bring anything to show the class?” Mattie Copeland brought several things, of course—boring things, as far as Ollie was concerned. A few other kids brought photographs or souvenirs from recent trips, which Ollie found somewhat interesting. Still, there was nothing very interesting about today’s Show-and-Tell. At least, not until it was Wade Waggoner’s turn to show the class what he’d brought.

Hi. I have big experience in writing choldren stories. In few kanguages by the way. Here is the sample It was a sunny day. The day was endless, and all the animals were having fun, jumping, running and playing games. Nobody argued, nobody had enemies. The foxes were helping the rabbits. The lions were helping the zebras. But there was one Creature, whose existence was breaking the idyll. Once it was approaching, all other animals were running away. But that creature was not evil. It only wanted to make friends with others. But this Creature had one strange skill: it was filling with darkness all the space around it. So, the Creature decided not to scare others animals. It decided to hide from everyone. But once, in a deep deep thicket the Creature met strange animals, which haven’t ran away in fear, meeting it. Moreover, they were scattering the darkness around the Creature. It met the fireflies. Having seen, that their guest is very sad, the fireflies started to ask, what happened. And when they heard the Creature’s story, they decided to help it. The surrounded the Creature, and this strange company went back to all other animals to play with them. Nobody was scared, because not darkness but light was filling the space around the creature. Everybody were happy. But the fireflies need a rest. That’s why they decided, that while they are helping the strange creature not to scare everybody – it is the Day. But when the fireflies go to sleep – comes the night, filling e

A degree qualified English teacher, academic writer, mother and creative, writing meaningful and creative stories for children is one of my greatest passions. My particular passion lies in exploring cultural themes relevant to the country of the audience, and as an Australian writer with strong connections to Aboriginal and modern Australian cultural knowledge, I believe these are stories that will not only enrich the literary landscape of children, but provide a framework on which to build knowledge, respect and appreciation for Indigenous issues. My creative writer's brain is brimming with ways that we could incorporate the majestic Dreamtime tales of ancient Aboriginal lore with modern, multicultural Australia and the tapestry and richness of culture we possess in this great, wide land.
