Qml based code editor

There is little explanation needed other than a list of functionality that it should include.

I am basically wanting a clone of the 'Atom' code editor.

I will list the things that I want included in the design.

Project file tree view

open files pane above the tree view

top icon menu bar (just some icons in there will be fine as i will add that later)

main code editor as seen in the screen shots

a code hinting tooltip (Design isn't done, just add something in there that looks half decent as design can be changed later)

syntax color coding for eg (the three words const, require and a function) (i don't need an entire language syntax doing, just the three given examples will be fine as i will do that later my self)

one example of using Qt's built in syntax highlighter (I think this has to be done all in c++, if that is the case write a component that does this task and expose the c++ object to the qml as a registered type. ) - get this syntax working for a javascript "var name = type", and

if (condition){}" and a "function name() {}"

the footer as seen in the screen shots (working)

and the minimap to the right also as seen in the screen shots. this must be draggable and when you scroll on the page it would also scroll to the relevant position - a fully functioning minimap

collapsible code sections

All or as much as possible of this app must be done in qml.

I have provided an app template that i started on but didn't have time to finish.

Feel free to use to source code for the purpose of this task.

please also not the layout flow "views, controllers etc", while coding this app try and stick within those patterns or revamp it and do it properly.

one last note. the tree view for the changing of the project folder is not done quite the best in my opinion. If you use the c++ that i exposed to the qml then please refactor that code into a separate class.

Only serious coders with qml experience please.
