complete website

i want to create website as the following

• client will register and create account in the website

• 2- thought forms he will create the document will be in Microsoft format choosing from the templates we designed. 3- client will choose to send his document to the large number of companies (he can choose companies as one by one or by all company in specific field or by location)

Note : client should buy online with his credit card to start sending his document.

• all companies will be in database with the following header (Company Name, Email, Contact Person, Position/Title, Web Address, Zip, Phone, Country, Address, Fax, Introduction, Last Edit, Business Details,)

• the client can see only the company name, Introduction and activity and location

• the document will be send to the company email

• would be great if the client send his document but internet fax (optional)

• client can login in his account anytime and check of the status (how many email sent, how many emails marked as a failure)

• client can save his work and he can resend his document again to same target company or another target companies
