Eco Friendly Soap and Detergent

I am launching a new brand in New Zealand, with a variety of baby products. I need liquid baby soap and laundry detergent formulated, with the below requirements: - This is an eco-friendly product, so no harsh chemicals - The liquid soap must be gentle, for use on baby skin - Ideally, both products are fragrance free, but with a nice natural smell (like castille soap) - If it is not possible to achieve a nice smell without adding fragrance into the laundry detergent, then I am ok with the use of mild fragrance, but this should be chemical free - Although we are launching as a niche product, we need to be relatively price-competitive with mainstream products, as we hope to encourage the general market to use our eco-products over time. So, the formulation needs to be relatively price-competitive to produce (i.e. can't be very expensive ingredients).
