Good day! We are a company based in Dubai and would like to inquire about your services for the following jobs:
1. CATI: Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing for 1 month (contacting around 600 numbers based in the UAE). The caller has to make calls and fill in responses in the response sheet provided.
2. Mystery Call evaluations for our client's call centers: we will provide you the schedules and numbers (all in the GCC and Levant region). Callers must call in English and Arabic and record the calls. We are looking at 240 calls in one month.
3. Lead generation/Sales for our client: this would be for our client who is in the training industry. We need Arabic speaking call center agents to call up and fix meetings for our sales staff.
