539694 Penny Auction Swoopo/Telebid Modifications

I have a swoopo/telebid script I am making the following changes to. 1. Beginner Auction - should be able to be set by admin in general settings how many auctions. pop up box if they don't qualify 2. Expert Auction - should be able to set by admin in general settings how many auctions. pop up box if they don't qualify 3. Block multiple accounts from same ip 4. Give the user an option to deactivate their account 5. Bids Back winner auction - normal penny auction except the winner of the auction gets all their bids for that auction back. the losers do not get bids back 6. Bids Back non-winners auction - normal penny auction except all losers get their bids for that auction back. the winner does not. 7. go to home page instead of my account when user logs in 8. Field on Auction admin page for putting in what kind of auction it is and then placing it in good locations on both the home page and detail auction page If you have any questions please let me know.
