I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - if you'll reduce the volume from 20oz to 9oz, will be less than half, and is not possible by simply to scale down (will lose the proportion), so is necessary to be redesigned... 2 - it maybe just look like, but the thread is not quite ok... (it seams the pitch is to small) 3 - i guess you would like to keep the neck and thread in order to use the same cap... Regards Bogdan
