Find the files in a folder structure with the newest file modify date

Hi, I can create utility for you and I have few questions which are as below: 1. To find all folder, you want to select folder every time or folder will be fix in which you would like to check sub folder and files? 2. You want folder order by name and then within a folder you want last modified files on top or within a all sub folder whichever files modified last you want to show that file at top? 3. There will be only one level sub folder or sub folder will contain sub folder as well? 4. From folder and sub folder, you want to show all files or specific format files only? 5. From folder, you want to get all files or want to get after modified time X time difference? I will be able to deliver in two hours but I want to make check above scenarios.
