I would like to hire an Arduino Engineer

My project is an access system integrated with a communication system using arduino Mega 2560, the idea is to select one person on a 16x2 LCD display, once the person is chosen, the name will appear on a 32x8 Led Matrix Max7219. I also want to be able to access the environment through RFID tags Rc522, the intention is to have a reader inside and one outside, so it is possible to distinguish when the person is entering and when leaving. The intention is to call on the display only who is present in the room. I also want the time, date, temperature, and humidity to appear in the Led matrix, using the dht11 sensor and the RTC Ds1307 while there is no call. Also I want to be stored in a micro SD module the time that the person entered and when the person left. Another thing I need to do is to warn through a Reed switch when the door is not opened through the access system, thus triggering a buzzer.
