Betfair inplay/ inrunning Bot

I want a Inplay bot that monitor one market and places a bet on the same selection on onother market .. Forinstence monitor the win market and places a bet on the place market in horceracing .. whitin the odds i chose.. And it has to to make a lot of recuests to the Betfair API in the last seconds of the race .. It is possible to make the bot recognice the lenght of the race? so i can predefine the seconds it should wait for to make the bet for each distance? It has to Autoload the races.. Papertrading ..
