Clearly both jobs carry different amount of work and therefore, its cost is different. My offer contemplates the second, that is, a document of 20 to 30 pages that contains a generic business plan that can be applied to a business with a long process of market research, suppliers, demand, logistics, etc. It would be possible to deliver this document in about 15 days.
