Brief Description: Convert the rendering of HTML of a Dynamic ASPX page into an Image File Project Description: Develop a class file for use in an ASP.NET web application that will convert the rendered HTML from a dynamic ASP.NET page and save it as an image file of type JPEG, GIF or PNG. The software should contain the following features and functionality: Deliverables • Create an image from what the rendered HTML would look like in a browser • Pass the desired URL to the code, the code will request the page in memory and then convert the HTML to an image that would look exactly like it would in the browser to the user • Generate the image exactly as it would have been rendered in IE • Ability to specify the type of image to save the output to (JEEF, PNG, GIF) • Ability to specify the size and quality of the image • Ability to specify the file name and save the image file to disk • This is not a screen capture application • The software must run in both commercial and private web hosting environments The software should be developed in C# using Visual Studio 2010 NO 3rd party software should be used in this software Required Software Architecture Software should be designed where a URL is passed to a method in the class and the code will obtain the rendered HTML by calling the ASPX page in code, not via a browser. Technical and Skill Requirements: Visual Studio 2010, ASP.NET, Microsoft C#, .NET 4.0 Deliverable Conditions: 1. Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2. Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in OptiSoft Systems environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the OptiSoft Systems intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 1) I require complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done (so that I may modify it in the future). 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): 2a) If there are any server-side deliverables (intended to only exist in one place in the Buyer's environment) then they must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition (unless specified elsewhere by the Buyer). 2b) All other software (including but not limited to any desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute) must include a software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request (unless specified elsewhere by the Buyer). 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. 3b) No part of the deliverable may contain any copyright restricted 3rd party components (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the seller's Seller Legal Agreement. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. OptiSoft Systems will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
