Script for video and questionnaire

Hello We are looking for a content writer who can help us to make a plan (content for sequence of videos). We can make the video but content writer will be responsible to make a story board for sequence of videos. These videos will be related to Dubai real estate market. We are planning to launch a new real estate company in Dubai, So to make a unique entry we have planned to come up with a different style. We will be posting different content based videos on social media about Dubai Real Estate Like "why people investing in Dubai" "Is it the right time to invest in Dubai" "Best Agents in Dubai and their qualities" These are just few examples for the content. Writer will have to do some online research and come up with good content to start. The content will be used in video in written and also by spokesperson on screen. We also need a spokesperson so if we can find both qualities in a freelancer who can write good and also make videos of him/her self taking about that content as a brand ambassador and send that to us, that will be great. Please share your ideas for the storyboard and content for first video so we can see your understanding about the project, It's a long term project so please bid accordingly. For now just bid for first video content. In first video spokesperson will speak about dubai real estate and why people investing in dubai then in next step he will talk about agents those are making sales possible and what problems they are facing mostly. They will be encouraged to fill the questionnaire that will have 8-14 questions to know their thoughts, problems and demands from their employers and from development companies and government. Most of the focus will be on their feedback about their current jobs. We will motivate them to join our company after few videos. Let me know if you have any question.
