If you sketch out your bio, your short synopsis and your query letter I can certainly polish them for you. From what you have stated here you want someone to read your M/S in order to be able to write a synopsis - when you know the story already inside out. Do you want a short synopsis (one page) or a long one (3 pages)? Is it a 'query' letter you're going for - rather than a 'cover' letter? I have recently edited both a query letter and a short synopsis for a YA novel for a client on this site (see reviews). I understand how these documents should be written - but I'm not going to read your novel in order to do so. The bio you include in the query letter is very short - and obviously you know about you enough to write that - I can polish that too.
