We currently have a collection of Microsoft Word based articles. We require that these articles be submitted onto our Zenddesk Knowledgebase. This is a simple process and involves copying and pasting the content from the document into the web WYSIWYG editor then uploading any images that may have been in the document to their correct locaitons.
