Paraphrase highlighted portions of a dissertation and proofread the non-highlighted ones

You have to paraphrase highlighted portions of chapters of a legal dissertation on Intellectual Property Law. You do not require legal expertise to do so but you need to be really good at written English and be able to express the intent in formal language. Also, you have to ensure footnotes are placed in correct order so that footnotes of deleted sentences correspond to the sentences that convey the same intent. I can compensate daily on the basis of work delivered, Please quote your per word price. Only the words in the highlighted portions would be counted for paraphrasing. However, I also need you to check grammatical and spelling accuracy of non-highlighted portions and rectify as needed. That would be for a lesser fee but you can quote for that as well. I am attaching a file which shows highlighted portions. Footnotes need not be rectified even if highlighted. I will provide you word docs with the same text as the PDF. You need to be work on the word docs. Nothing is to be copy pasted. I am also attaching a sample which shows the original and the paraphrased version. I am on a tight deadline so please tell me how many pages would you be able to edit in a day and mail me the day's work every evening. It would also be great if you could show me samples of your past works.
