Arduino script to connect to phone through BLE

I need an Arduino piece of code (don't need an entire application) showing what commands I should send to pair it with an iPhone (or Android phone) through Bluetooth Low Energy and then to accept and hang up a call. The idea would be to emulate a Bluetooth Low Energy headset which can answer a call and then hang up when is over by pressing a button. The BLE chip I would prefer to use is nRF8001 (see [login to view URL]) or nRF51822 (see [login to view URL]). But I would be open to consider other options for the hardware. To add more clarity to what I'm expecting from this project, at the end of the project I should receive 3 deliverables: a. A procedure to be executed by the Arduino to set the Bluetooth LE in discoverable mode and to manage the pairing with phones. Phones should be able to see the Arduino as if it where a BLE device such as a hand-free headset. b. A procedure to be executed by the Arduino that when it is paired to a phone and the phone receives a call, the Arduino will send through Bluetooth LE the commands for the phone to accept the call after the user presses a button connected to the Arduino c. A procedure to be executed by the Arduino that when it is paired to a phone and the phone has an active call, the Arduino will send through Bluetooth LE the commands for the phone to finalize the call after the user presses a button connected to the Arduino These actions should not require any application running on the phone, the same way that a standard BLE headset operates.
