Looking for a very talented animator who can bring my cartoon character to life. I recently got this cartoon character based off me designed for my Youtube channel and want to create a short 4 to 8 second intro plus outro using him. I have the PSD (photoshop) and AI (Adobe Illustrator) files available that I can provide to you once I figure out who will do this project for me. I don't have a exact vision for the intro and outro, all I wanna see is previous stuff you done to have a idea of your capabilities. I also don't have a exact set budget but i'm really not trying to spend over $200. After all I only need two 4 to 8 second clips not an entire movie. So please no outrageous price offers because my pockets aren't that big yet. I would like this project completed within 2-3 weeks or before my 21st birthday (September 16th).
