Simple Salon Booking Mobile smart/android phone app

I want a website where salon owners can log into and generate a url to pass onto customers to enable them to download a mobile app which will enable there customers to book a time and day of there choice to get there hair cut. I would like the salon owners to have a admin area for them to manage bookings, and myself also a admin/backend area to manage salon owners and take monthly payments from salon owners for there use of the app, I would like the ability to see payments made, payments missed by salon owners and also have the ability to change payment amounts, send emails when payments are missed and suspend the mobile app if salon owners continue to miss payments. THIS IS HOW I WOULD LIKE THE PROCESS salon owners join the site, fill in details and payment information and get thire own unique URL to pass to there customers for them to download the mobile app to their smart/android mobile phones. the customer makes a booking, selects day, and time of bookings (booking app should let the customer know if any of there selected bookings are not available and prompts them to choose another day and time. I would like the salon owners to have access to the customers bookings (made via the mobile app) in thire admin area on the website, the website also needs to be mobile frendly. I would like the salon owners to have the ability (via there members area on the website) to upload an image/logo which will display there salons name on the top of the screen on the mobile app. the website needs to be able to function smoothly with little human intervention as possible, this is a fairly simple project and would like to see any similar work you may have done in the past that u think might help me choose you as the freelancer Each salon employs more than one stylist to the mobile app has to offer the customer the ability to choose which stylist to book with, also each service takes more time than other services for example, To colour a persons hair might take 3 hours and a simple trim may only take 1 hour, so the salon needs the ability to input services and the time it takes each service to complete so when a customer choses a stylist and a service via the mobile app, the booking system allocates the time for that service that they have chosen. This is to make sure the stylist has enough time in there working day to complete each booking customers requests. So basicly a customer downloads the app, choses a stylist then choses a service, the booking app takes the customers booking and allocates a certain time frame that the salon has stated it will take to complete the customers request.
