editing Android ICS system files

I have come very far to completing my project but I don't have time left to finish it. It has to be done so I'm looking for an expert in the operating system of Android (ICS). Here are the details: In the bootloader of the ICS Android system (Allwinner tablets), there are 2 files that need to be edited. They are [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (nearly the same files). I managed to convert the files to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and I know what needs to be edited. The task is to get them back to [login to view URL] and script0.bin. I can't get this converted as I get errors and I don't know why. Next, there is another file in the operating system called initlogo.rle. I would like this to be extracted and if possible tell me how to replace the image inside and put it back to initlogo.rle. If you can do this for me, then that would also be fine. The [login to view URL] contains the 2nd image that is shown when booting. That's all for now!
