Exterior Design + 3D Modeling + Revit + AutoCad + Rendering + Unreal Engine 4, Cinema 4D, Octane, Real-Time, After Effects, 3Ds Max (10 Realistic Rendering views + 1 min animation) You will design and model the facade of 7 buildings which will be copied for other buildings in an open-air mall consists of 21 buildings with a hotel. I need 10 realistic rendering views and 1 min animation video. The design of the project is Italian classic design. I need the exact same design as the pictures attached to this project and explained in videos. I took those pictures from an existing similar project. You can walk through the buildings I picked from this project via google map or via the 360 views ( a tour) on the website of the similar project. ............................................... I have the Revit structure model you can from there edit it and do the architecture and site plans and export it to CAD drawings. Any missing information or extra explanations will be given through the chat. There are another 5 explanation videos that cover the design of the hotel and the rendering views. I can't write my total fees in the pid, and I will explains it to you here. According to your last update, we have 4 stage in this project: Stage 1 : Design of 7 Buildings elevations showing the design in 3d shots. (10 shots) = 4500.00 $ in 35 working day. Stage 2 : After Elevation design approval, we will go for making of animation 2 min. = 4500.00 $ in 20 working day. Stage 3 : Revit Model for all project. = 500.00 $ in 10 working day. (start with stage 2 at the same time) Stage 4 : Architectural drawings for plans and elevations. = 500.00 $ in 5 working days. (start after stage 3 direct). Exclusions: 1- In this project there is no Interior design or Interior shots or Interior movie scenes. 2- This packaged not including VR Animation and if you want, we will increase the fees and time for it. 3- The Revit model is for exterior elevations only 4- AutoCAD drawings is architectural drawings only not working drawings.
