Looking for an Administrative Assistant/Secretary to take care of customer service, answering phones, taking messages, filing correspondence, calendaring events, assisting office staff in photocopying and handling clerical tasks, typing up letters to be sent to clients and/or government agencies. Computer literate. Experience in billing/accounting preferred. Candidate must be fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) and must have top notch customer service and communication skills in Spanish and English. Must be able to multitask while staying on task. Must have great time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
