Design and Implement internal Shareport Portal

The project is for design and installation of an Internal Sharepoint portal. The overall look and feel will be customized to be similar to that at www.wallacelawfirmpc.us. It will have several custom usability features. ## Deliverables The worker will customize internal Sharepoint pages, including, but not limited to, the following: 1.) Custom pages for web links separated by detail group, with three fields, (Description, username and password) Username and password are able to be viewed only by authorized users. Look and feel should be similar in functionality to [login to view URL], Resources; 2.) Custom phone book allowing for sorting and searching by organization or name; 3.) secure portal for opening and saving documents by computers on the domain (<10), to uniform shared resource directories on the server, or to a shared folder (should be able to apply password protection to a folder, if desired, by the administrator, to restrict access to some information; 4.) Customization of the overall look and feel, so the Sharepoint portal looks similar to the site at www.wallacelawfirmpc.us.; 5.) Be able to send messages to other users on the system, and alternatively associate the message to a client file; 6.) Create email user interface to send templated messages and attachments to clients, and associate that email with the client folder; 6.) Be able to log in and install and make the updates run on the internal SBS 2011 server. The foregoing is the core functionality.
