Develop Online Service that Disguises Sites as Word Document

GOAL OF SITE 1. The site is purposed with providing users with a simple and intuitive browsing experience that is cleverly disguised as a Word document. In achieving this goal, full web functionality and ease of use are integral components to a successful product. 2. The site may also function as a proxy: allowing users to view otherwise blocked sites. 3. This is necessary because the site PSD mock-up will need to be sliced, optimized, and converted into a website. (For example, text in the PSD mockup will need to be converted into html and links should be to the typed word and not just an image.); 3. be comfortable with CSS, and capable of rendering a clean, optimized, and validated or near-validated website; 4. be very familiar with communicating in Englisho be responsible, creative, and thorough. 5. Be an efficient and effective self-starter. I prefer not to micro-manage this project, but I will do so if necessary.
