Correct XML for Java WAR file.

Ww have a java based database system that has been built in the Eclipse IDE with Lomboz.
We recently had some more adjustments made to the files so that the database would work on browsers other than Internet Exploder.
What we require now is for someone to adjust the xml file, and possibly other files as well, to show the changes that have been made so that the WAR file will work properly when it is loaded into Tomcat.
Being able to understand the Eclipse IDE and being able to create a working WAR file are paramount.
If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me.
Regards,
Rob.
We can send the current Eclipse IDE workspace file to you so that you have the source files and can work on it.
We can setup a test server here so that you can test it on our server and verify it works correctly.
Let me know if you require anything else.
Here are a few files from the system.
ld-files-updated shows the modified files
web.xml shows the xml file it looks like this has not been updated.
OpenOrderSytemPanel.java is a file from inside the src folder
OpenOrderSytemPanel.class is a file from inside the build/classes folder
As you will no doubt see the java is not coded in the most efficient manner. Any guidance on how this can be cleaned up and streamlined would be very helpful.
If this project can be completed succesfully there are modifications that we would like to be done to the system as well.
