DD Website with Flash
I need someone to do a simple website (no form, DB, backend nor SEO required as we will do this at later stage). Design is ready in PSD format and all content are ready - if you can finish this in 2 - 4 days then please bit for the job.
The design is very nice and ideally - a bit of flash added to the home page will make it very interesting but not essential. Due to Confidentiality reason - I cannot post the design with this spec.
That's All.
Budget: $150 - $200
Time Frame: Draft version in 2 days (Monday PM AEST - 18 May)
Final version in 4 - 5 days (Thursday - 21 May)
Our terms are very simple:
1) Happy to escrow 100% once award the project (Due to quick turn around time)and release when the project complete
2) The Contractor agrees that it will not, nor will its officers, employees, agents, representatives and sub-contractors, without the prior written consent of CleverLink in each instance:
- contact CleverLink’s clients
- reference or showcase the work you did for CleverLink as yours in any type of media
3) The Contractor agrees that it will assigns to CleverLink all existing and future Intellectual Property Rights in the Deliverables and the results and outcomes of the Services to CleverLink other than Third Party Rights;
