Big database Wordpress needs tweakning

Hello!

I need someone expert in Wordpress blogs to make some changes that will take the CPU consumption down...

at the moment my database has 500Mb and the blog gets updated at least 100 times per day...

i will also need some cache tuning since the latest posts take some time to appear in the blog

since this blog consumes a lot of resources no one wants to host it..

what you need to do:

-set up my blog at a new VPS with Ubuntu 10.10 installed

-make it run on this VPS without using too much resources

-if the changes make the blog run smoothly again export this changes to my original host account

Budget: $150 (100% milestone)

Payment informations:

-i will only release the milestone payment after the blog is running on my original host account with no problems for 3 days

-if a provider works on this blog but fails to drop the CPU consumption and as a consequence the blog doesn't run on my original host account gives me the right to cancel the project with no payment involved
