Configure Moodle to send a "Welcome e-mail" to new enrolled users

Hello,
We've set-up a platform which allows users to buy a course in WordPress (with WooCommerce) and the users is being automatically created in Moodle and assigned to the course he has paid for.
However, when the user is enrolled to the course on Moodle, he's not getting any e-mail with his credentials + the welcome e-mail.
Therefore, we need someone to configure our Moodle instance in order to send to the new users an e-mail with his Moodle username and password.
We will provide:
- URL from where a free course can be purchased.
- Moodle URL, user and password.
- E-mail server, user and password.
The payment will be released once this is working as requested.
