Convert static HTML pages to responsive Wordpress pages

Hi Freelancers,
I need someone to migrate static HTML pages from an existing website to a new Wordpress version of the website. There are 13 pages that need to entered into the Wordpress installation. These are the main points to consider:
- The new Wordpress site uses the Genesis framework, all code needs to be re-written to fit with the rest of the new site. Example; using the 'column' classes for DIVs and following the CSS styleguide.
- All pages needs to be responsive for tablet and mobile. If Genesis framework shortcodes are used this should be automatic.
Finally, although there are 13 pages, they are all mainly text based. The only thing to consider is slightly styling to pages to match the new CSS of the new Wordpress site.
