Access Control System (Gate Controller, Phone Access, Wireless Capabilities)

Our product is a residential telephone entry and access control product. It provides access (gate operation) through entry of entry codes, telephone intercom with remote control via a telephone, or through a programmed schedule. Similar products to our project: ? CelAccess CTE1000 ? Witura WT-9002 ? DoorKing 1812 We are working on our Requirements Document and should have that available to qualified engineers by October 5th. We will also be creating a flow chart / state diagram of the user interface and features. Product use: A homeowner has a motorized access gate at their property entrance. Access can be gained by entering a code on the unit's keypad. For visitors, the call button is pushed which connects the visitor to the homeowner's phone where the resident can use their phone to allow access. The unit can also be programmed for scheduled access scenarios. There are four planned versions, distinguished by their method of communication to the residence: In-Line (telephone lines are run from the house to the Remote Unit), WiFi, RF, and Mobile (mobile phone network). We need engineering services to do the entire project (except the housing). We have sample circuit boards from a previous version, plus we can ship competitors products if necessary. We need expertise in: ? Circuit board design ? Telephone system design (this product connects to telephone systems) ? Firmware ? Communication interfaces: WiFi, RF and Cellular (we need to source and interface with these communication modules) ? Ability to create a web interface for the unit would also be a good skill set
