Developing Membership area with scheduler and admin pages for small Golf Club

Project detials:

- Attached is an excel file with needed members fields.

The member and admin pages should be under current website (will be exposed to bidder)

- Admin to Add/edit/disable/enable username and password for new member, member fields are listed in the attached Excel sheet:

- the InClubGolf# will be the ID in the Dbase

- Admin can view user profile and full control it, including member scheduler.

Member login screen and profile:

- Each user can upload/change photo

- Each user can upload files (small videos) and sorted by upload date, newest on top

- Link to member Scheduler

Scheduler:

- There are two studios that members can reserve slots into them.

- Each studio will be opened daily from 5 am to 11 pm with 20 minutes intervals for each slot, e.g. 5, 5.20, 5.40, 6 etc like attached table

We need add -*- to the Slot either reserved or free, as it indicates this slot has a teacher available for instructions at that time

- Teacher has the fexibility to select number of slots each use to be locked to for

reservation e..g. if teacher selects -2- then user has maximum 2 in advance slots, if selects

-3- user will have max 3 in advance slots

- we need to keep history inn DB of all reservations done by the user

- For each reservation done, user should get email confirming reservation done

- For each reservation cancelled, user should get email confirming reservation cancelled

Rules for members to reserve slots:

- No member can be able to reserve more than 2 slots at one time

- Members can reserve more slots when they finish their reserved ones

- Members can reserve more slots if their reserved ones expires

- Calendar shows only 3 weeks in advance from current date, so members can only select their slots from within 3 weeks in advance, I prefer a calendar beside the table, so a member can select date, and views all slots on that date, select max (2) slots whenever available.

- Members should be able to modify their slot selection e.g. deselecting one and selecting another

- Add star to any slot while Teacher is available to give instructions, admin should be able to assign slots with available teacher times, like from 11 am to 4 p.m. so some days

- Admin should have the flexibility to change the Role of (2) slots per user to (3) or more in the future (through selection menu or drop down)

Website will be hosted on Windows servers, IIS and using ASP plus MSACCESS

Project must be delivered on or before August 24th
