Crystal Reports - Turn Around Time By Date/Organization/Radiologist/Modality

Phase 1: Install/Configure Crystal Server 2011 Provide basic technical training for Crystal report server (4hr) Develop method to import daily CSV data file to MS Access DB. Develop (1) custom Crystal Report based on report specification derived from MS Access DB. Phase 2: Modify report to access new data source via ODBC link. Provide ongoing support on a T&M basis ## Deliverables **Phase 1 Objectives:** 1) Install and configure Crystal Server 2011 (5 named users) 2) Install and configure Crystal Reports development on (2)user desktops 3) Develop a process to import a CVS formatted to a MS Access DB. (see attached CVS and DB layout examples) 4) Develop a Crystal report based on the attached report specification. Report should be capable of interactive or batch operations 5) Basic Crystal Report Server technical training (4 hours) **Phase 2 Objectives:** 1) Modify the report developed in Phase 1 / Objective 4, to run from a external ODBC source. Please note that this is a NEW data source and the schema will change accordingly. The schema will be submit as soon as it becomes available. **Additional Services Needed:** Project Warranty Period from date of acceptance: 30 days Follow-on Support: Time and Materials **Environment:** Crystal Server to be deployed on Win 2008 sever located in datacenter with 50Mb Internet access. We can establish remote access via a wide variety of methods.
