Blink Tool - Care for your eyes

I need a program which tells me when to blink when I´m sitting in front of the computer. The program itself needs to fulfil these parameters: - preload and show a selectable picture. jpg, gif (+ transparency) or png. 1 default image. ani-gif possible. - position: 2 settings: setting 1 (regular):drag and drop position with save of position setting 2 (dynamic): random position every time on monitor - show the picture in selected interval (2 settings) - Setting 1 (regular): every x seconds (possible between 0.1 and 10 seconds, selectable in 0.1s steps) - Setting 2 (dynamic): between 2 parameters. e.g. show image between [0.8s] and [1.9s]. The Image is showed by random between these 2 parameters. - select time image is showed: between 0.1 and 1s - restore default settings - shows icon image in system tray (1 icon active, 1 icon inactive, design needed) - autostart enable possible - Windows XP & Win 7 compatible - always on top - in system tray - shows on right click on system tray: icon version info, settings, autostart, about - gui in eye-shape (design needed) - runs on very low ressources - maximum compatibility ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
