Hi,
We're looking for someone to make a small program for windows that should batch edit .pdf-files. The flow should be this:
*The user starts the program
*The user selects either a pdf-file or a directory
- IF a file: the program will do "A-C" below for this file.
- IF a directory: the program searches through all subdirectories of this directory, and for each PDF-file within completes "A-C". There should also be a progressbar showing a percentage of completion (measured in number of pdf's).
A: opens the file in the background and scan through the file and look for a certain object
B: If this object is missing from the file the program will then add it to the file, save the file, and exit.
C: If the object is pressent the program should exit the file without saving it.
*The application should be quick. Looping through 1000 pdf's should take no more than 1 minute.
For us to review your bid please provide us with a list of previous PDF-applications you have done, along with website, name, and emailadres for the companies you worked for so we can contact them for references. Please note - we will not look at your bid unless you provide us with this information about PREVIOUS PDF EXPERIENCE - no template bids.
Looking forward to your cooperation,
Dalaij
When it's done we want the full rights to the software, the full sourcecode, etc.
Hello, I see you require a program that can go through one PDF file or the entire PDFs in the selected folder and check and add an specific object to the file. I have sent your a private message about my skills. I rest-assure that I will complete the work on time and deliver you the completed work to your satisfaction.
Hi Dalaij, I have created various similar applications in the past (in Java) for the batch processing of PDF files, and can do this for you quickly and professionally. See the PM for more info.
